Each year, Dubai celebrates the independence of the United Arab Emirates from Great Britain on December 2nd. The National Day Festival is a vibrant day of celebration as special events are held throughout the day and many of the city�s major monuments are open to the public. The National Day Festival also features a large street parade as well as plenty of dancing, feasting and firework displays.
